Officer responded to report of a silver Subaru Outback parked on South Tracy Avenue for seventy-two hours without moving. Caller expressed concern vehicle had been abandoned. Investigation determined registered owner resides two doors down and commutes to work via mountain bike regardless of weather. Vehicle legally parked. Owner located at REI purchasing additional bike bags. No action taken.
