Officer responded to Bogert Park community garden at 6:15 a.m. regarding a person with a headlamp and basket moving between raised beds. Caller reported someone stealing vegetables in the dark. Contact made with plot holder, 34, harvesting kale and carrots before work. Vegetables confirmed as theirs. Dawn patrol gardening remains permitted.
