The Bozeman Creek Neighborhood Association will host its August meeting at the Cloverleaf Community Barn to review the Goat Grazing Pilot Program for the median strip along North 7th that used to be a left-turn lane before the roundabout project. Organizer Marnie Houser says the herd of fourteen Kiko crosses has “exceeded expectations on thistle” but raised questions about “aesthetic consistency with the new entryway monument sign.” Public comment will follow a slide deck titled “Chewed to Specification.” Refreshments provided by the HOA treasurer’s wife’s sourdough starter.
The goats have a standing invitation to attend but historically decline.
