The Valley Housing Coalition invites property owners and long-term renters to a drop-in information session about the new short-term rental registration portal launching next month. Staff will be available to walk through the online form, answer questions about the annual fee schedule, and discuss the occupancy affidavit required for units within city limits. Coffee and pastries provided by a Belgrade bakery that delivers at 5 a.m. on Tuesdays.
