The Gallatin Gateway Grange Hall will host a community design workshop Tuesday evening to finalize the alignment of the Elk Meadows Wildlife Corridor, which traverses the recently approved Elk Meadows subdivision. County planners will present three alternatives for the half-mile linkage, each requiring easements through backyards, a stormwater pond, and the development’s community garden. Representatives from the developer, High Country Homes, will be on hand to discuss mitigation plantings.
