The Hawthorne Preservation Alliance hosts a community conversation on maintaining the historic fabric of the West Babcock district. Organizers will present renderings of the fourplexes recently approved for the three lots where single-family homes stood last October. Light refreshments provided by the developer’s catering partner. Residents are encouraged to share memories of the neighborhood’s original scale while viewing the new streetscape.
