The association will hear public comment on a proposed short-term rental restriction drafted after three units in the development appeared on vacation rental platforms last week. Board president Linda Hargrove said the timing is coincidental and the policy has been under consideration since the subdivision’s CCRs were recorded in 2019. Refreshments will be provided by the developer’s property management company. The meeting follows a 4-1 vote last month to table the same proposal pending legal review. The CCRs still allow horses on lots under a quarter acre.
