The Gallatin Valley Slow Growth Coalition holds its quarterly gathering in the community room at Bridger View Commons, the 240-unit luxury complex that opened in March on the former hay field north of Four Corners. Organizers say the venue was chosen for ample parking and central location. The agenda includes a review of the city’s updated growth policy, adopted in 2022, and a discussion of strategies for preserving agricultural land already zoned for mixed-use development. Light refreshments will be provided by the building’s rooftop grill. All are welcome, especially those who remember when this was open space.
The rooftop has excellent views of the Bridgers.
