The Sourdough Flats Homeowners Association will meet Thursday to review landscaping guidelines for front yards sodded in June. The covenant requires native grasses but allows Kentucky bluegrass with board approval. Several residents have installed rock features that may exceed the eighteen-inch height limit. The architectural review committee will also discuss the approved color palette for fence stain. Light refreshments will be provided by the hospitality committee. The meeting begins at seven in the clubhouse. Attendance is mandatory for all homeowners who received the certified letter.
