The Cottonwood Heights Homeowners Association invites residents to a Dark Sky Preservation Forum this Tuesday at the clubhouse. Guest speaker Dale Pennington, a lighting consultant from Billings, will present “Reclaiming the Night: Strategies for Responsible Illumination” beneath the development’s recently installed 4,000-lumen LED perimeter fixtures. The HOA board voted unanimously last month to upgrade all pathway lighting for “safety and aesthetics,” a project completed two weeks ago. Light refreshments will be served. Attendees are encouraged to bring a headlamp for the walk back to their vehicles.
