NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bozeman City Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers, 121 N. Rouse Avenue, to consider Zone Map Amendment Application ZMA-2026-0417, filed by Bridger Peak Development, LLC. The applicant requests reclassification of Lots 4–7, Block 12, Original Townsite (commonly known as 314–320 South 5th Avenue) from R-2 (Two-Family Residential) to B-3 (Central Business High Density) to permit construction of a five-story, 42-unit “workforce lifestyle tower” with ground-level kombucha taproom and rooftop yoga deck. The subject parcels currently contain a 1922 Craftsman bungalow, a detached garage, and a mature lilac hedge. Adjacent property owners within 300 feet have been notified. Written comments may be submitted to the Planning Division no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 11, 2026, which was last Tuesday. The hearing will proceed regardless of attendance.
