The applicant proposes construction of a twelve-story mixed-use structure containing forty-two micro-residential units, a ground-floor kombucha taproom, and a rooftop yoga deck on a parcel measuring twenty-five feet by one hundred feet. The subject property abuts the historic Miller Cottage (c. 1922), a single-story residence currently occupied by three generations of the Miller family and one very large dog.
