NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Summit Ridge Development, LLC has filed a subdivision application (No. 26-112) for a 14.3-acre parcel situated at the northeast corner of North 19th Avenue and Oak Street, currently zoned Rural Residential. The proposed Highland Meadows Subdivision consists of forty-two (42) single-family lots with a minimum lot area of seven thousand five hundred (7,500) square feet. Each lot shall be served by municipal water and sewer and shall include a designated community fire pit in accordance with Section 12.04.030 of the Municipal Code. A public hearing on the application will be held on September 2, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Commission Chambers, 121 West Main Street. Written comments may be submitted to the Planning Department no later than August 31, 2026. All interested persons are invited to appear and be heard.
