NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Bozeman Planning Division has received Zone Map Amendment Application No. 26-279 submitted by Willson Avenue Holdings LLC, a Montana limited liability company, requesting reclassification of Lot 7, Block 14, Original Townsite Addition, located at 412 South Willson Avenue, from Residential Single-Family (R-1) to Commercial Mixed-Use (CMU-2). The applicant proposes construction of a four-story mixed-use structure containing twelve (12) dwelling units and a ground-floor artisanal pickle fermentation facility with retail tasting room. The subject parcel abuts Lot 6, Block 14, currently zoned Agricultural (AG) and occupied by a single domestic goat (Capra hircus) registered as an emotional support animal pursuant to Ordinance 6.12.040. A public hearing shall be held before the City Commission on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at 121 North Rouse Avenue. Written comments must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 11, 2026. The goat has not been notified.
