The large brick structure, currently housing important things like letter-sorting machines and sometimes people picking up packages, has long been a quiet fixture on Main Street.</p> <p>The looming sale has sparked a variety of community conversations about what might become of the building. Some residents expressed concern for the post office itself, wondering if their mail would still travel at its accustomed speed or perhaps even faster. Others were more interested in the building’s potential for new uses.</p>
