The space features exposed timber beams, radiant floor heating, and a curated selection of adaptogenic teas on the honor system. Founder Maya Peterman said the mission is to &amp;ldquo;hold container for emergent creative ecosystems&amp;rdquo; while maintaining 14% annual returns for the impact investors.&lt;/p>
&lt;p>&amp;ldquo;It&amp;rsquo;s not a co-working space,&amp;rdquo; Peterman said, adjusting a raw quartz point on her standing desk. &amp;ldquo;It&amp;rsquo;s a frequency-aligned creative habitat. The difference is intention.&amp;rdquo;&lt;/p></description></item></channel></rss>
