Arts incubator opens in former feed warehouse on North 19th

The new Creative Roots Arts Incubator held its soft opening Thursday in the renovated Harrington Feed building on North 19th. The space features exposed timber beams, radiant floor heating, and a curated selection of adaptogenic teas on the honor system. Founder Maya Peterman said the mission is to “hold container for emergent creative ecosystems” while maintaining 14% annual returns for the impact investors.

“It’s not a co-working space,” Peterman said, adjusting a raw quartz point on her standing desk. “It’s a frequency-aligned creative habitat. The difference is intention.”
