Reports indicate that several individuals, keen to embrace the natural rhythms of the Gallatin Valley, experienced what some are calling a “deep cleansing” after consuming foraged fungi.

Local wellness enthusiast Brenda “Breezy” Meadows, who prefers to source all her food within a 10-mile radius of her yurt, shared her experience. “I was just trying to connect with the earth’s natural energy, you know? These mushrooms promised an inner journey. And they certainly delivered an inner journey right to the emergency room.” She noted that while the initial sensations were disorienting, she now feels “realigned, in a very intense, gut-level way.”
