&lt;p>The motel, a refurbished 1960s property off Interstate 15, reopened for summer with updated rooms, RV sites, a horse corral and an ecosystem of local breakfast, lunch and ice cream partnerships. In larger cities this would be described as hospitality. In Lima it appears to qualify as municipal infrastructure.&lt;/p></description></item></channel></rss>
